@Various ideas about the setup program :

* Should handle TeXLive and fpTeX
  Guess TeXLive by : running from CDROM
                     and /bin/win32/kpathsea.dll
                     and /texmf/lists files
  else setting up fpTeX

* Offer a default installation
  Parameters for default installation: root and administrator if NT

* If not default installation,
  ask about various paths: root, $HOMETEXMF, $TEXMFLOCAL, $TEXMFEXTRA
  $VARTEXMF, $VARTEXFONTS

* Get strings from text file

* If TeXLive : offer basic, recommended, full and custom installation
	default = recommended

* if fpTeX: default = required + recommended
	offer basic, recommended, full and custom installation

* Should handle fpTeX supplementary packages
	- either dvipdfm, tex4ht and so on for fpTeX
	- or even GS, Winedt and so on for TeXLive

* Use a text file description for packages

* Size of packages should be up to date for each package

* Wizard:
	1 - Guess fpTeX or TeXLive
	2 - Display Welcome message
            Ask for a default installation
	3 - if default goto 8
	4 - ask paths
	5 - ask installation type
	6 - if not custom goto 8
	7 - ask packages
	8 - Confirmation + summary
	9 - Copy files
	10 - Update environment

* The wizard should be usable to simply add some packages to an existing installation
